WARRANTY
Our company cares about our customers and provides a warranty on all new equipment purchased from us. Coffee, snack, and vending machines, and professional automatic coffee machines have a
12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
To officially confirm the commitments undertaken when purchasing vending equipment and coffee machines from us, we will issue a warranty certificate with the stamp and signature of a representative of Doctor Coffee Europe s.r.o. and provide it to you. The warranty certificate must be kept for the entire warranty period, as it is the basis for providing free services:
⦁ Repair of coffee machines, snack machines, and coffee makers
⦁ Replacement of parts for vending machines and spare parts for automatic coffee machines
⦁ Rectification of factory defects
⦁ Consultation assistance from specialists by phone during business hours
Cases of refusal of warranty repair are extremely rare with us and can only be related to violations of the rules of transportation, operation, maintenance of the equipment by the client, the presence of
mechanical damage, independent repair or change in the internal structure of the equipment,
as well as repairs and maintenance in other organizations - these circumstances are considered a violation of the warranty terms.

coffee machines from our company, you can be sure of the reliability of the supplier, the quality of the equipment, and obtaining an extended warranty on it.
